Degrees of breast sagging
- Normal breasts
- 1st degree: The nipple is at the level of the folds under the breast or below it up to 1 cm.
- 2nd degree: The nipple is lowered less than 3 cm from the creases under the breast.
- 3rd degree: The nipple is lowered more than 3 cm from the crease under the breast.
- Normal nipple position, sagging lower chest.
After a detailed examination and determination of the degree of breast drooping, surgeons will determine the method:
- With a small breast size and not much omission: with the help of an implant it is possible to adjust the location of the nipples and make them higher by 1-2 cm.
- If you need a breast lift without changing its size: the position of the areola and nipples can be adjusted. If the amount of tissue in the upper part of the breast is insufficient, the lowered breast tissue can be raised and fixed.
