Breast augmentation in Korea – Implant position
In two planes
Part of the implant is located under the pectoral muscle and a small part above it. It is used with a small number of breast tissues, with the help of the muscle can hide the edge of the implant and prevent an unnatural protrusion. This method is recommended for women with small breasts.

Under the pectoral muscle

The disadvantage is this method is a longer time to heal compare to other placements.
